The Avocado Orchard’s four lodgings are spacious craftsman houses with sprawling patios and balconies. Modern rustic interiors (think: hardwood floors, clawfoot tubs, pianos, earth tones, huge windows) harmonize with breathtaking views of the orchard, gardens, and surrounding valley.
Lodgings accommodate up to six guests & eight visitors. Block booking only.
Guests & Visitors
While we personalize a unique experience for each guest (from favorite scents to dietary restrictions), visitors are always welcome to stop by, collaborate in the studio, and/or crash on one of the many couches or tatami beds. Guests will have a bedroom to themselves, access to snacks & meals tailored to their preferences, and more.
Casita
Sleeps two guests, one visitor
Two-bedroom house with glass french doors opening to a private patio and lawn. Take a long bath in a clawfoot tub, enjoy breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen, or read a good book in a living room flooded with natural light.
Two full beds. Washer / dryer.
Nido
Sleeps one guest, four visitors
On the second floor, accessible from an exterior staircase: bachelor quarters with a private balcony and the best view you’ve seen from a bathroom. Down the hall, a spacious living room with an eight-seat table, two couches, and glass french doors leading to a wide balcony.
One full bed, four tatami beds. Kitchenette.
Studio
Sleeps one guest, two visitors
A studio within a studio: enter a flow state a room away from a hot shower, a completely stocked kitchen, two comfy couches, a large TV, and a lofted bed (think: big ladder, queen mattress). Then, grab some fresh air or enjoy dinner on the patio before diving back into the zone.
One queen bed. Two couches. Washer / dryer.

Two-bedroom house with a sunlit kitchen and spacious living room. Nap on the plush couch, play the piano, take a long shower, or step out onto a large private patio to meditate.
